If you are not happy with your purchase on xip-professional.com, you may:


Receive a store credit


Receive a (partial) refund


Receive another product


All returns must be within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. If the protective seal is broken, we will not be able to refund your product.

Return process

To return an item, please fill in the form below to start your return process.


You will be responsible for all return charges. The return cost will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.

Refund process


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.


Please allow at least one (1) day from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.


Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank account, depending banks policy


We will send you an email as soon as the return has been processed by our warehouse team.
