How long does it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on the country we ship to. Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands. Orders will be processed within 2-3 working days. After your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. With this Track & Trace code you can see where your package is at that moment and it will provide an estimated time of delivery. Due to COVID19 shipments might be delayed.

I received my order incomplete or damaged, what can be done?

Orders are always being packed with great care. It can however occur that your package is received damaged or that something is missing. Please contact our customer care via email (customerservice@xip-professional.com) and we will always give you a appropriate solution.
