What options do I have once I return XIP products?

You can choose to get a refund, receive store credit or replace a product.

What does returning a product cost?

The return is pre-paid by us so you do not pay anything at the post office, but depending on your country we hold in the difference on the total refund. So lets pick an example. You order for €150,- and live in London, England. We will then deduct €9,75 from your order of €150,- which is €140,25 for covering the return cost.

I would like to return the products?

IF you didn't open the sealing, you are allowed to send it back within 14 days.
